Shirin Fozdar Trust Fund Celebration Dinner - February 23 2011 back
Yang lay was honoured to be one of the item donors at an auction held during the Shirin Fozdar Trust Fund Celebration Dinner held on 23rd Feb 2011 at the Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore. Yang Lay managed to raise S$20,000 with her exquisite design, “Princess of Persia”, through the auction, of which all proceeds went toward this Trust Fund initiated by the Association of Women for Action and Research (AWARE). The purpose of the fund is to provide much needed assistance to women and families in distress. Amongst the distinguished guests were President S R Nathan and Mrs Nathan, various ambassadors, women leaders and dignitaries.
